Is Formatical a real word?
Formatical is our fusion of the words Format and Fanatical. We are fanatical about the collections we carry and the customers we serve, while providing a simple format for the brands to get their products in the hands of retailers.
What brands do you represent?
We currently have collections for Rewined, Produce, Lulie Wallace, J. Stark, ROAM by 42 Pressed, Darling Clementine, and Jack Rudy Cocktail, Co. We are always keeping our eyes out for exciting makers and artists with which to partner and plan to expand our collections in the near future.
Is there a minimum opening order?
Yes, our opening order requirement is $500. That can be mixed across all of our brands.
Do you have a catalog?
You can view our catalog online, please contact email@example.com to receive the password!
Is there an approval process for new retailers to purchase one of your brands?
No, but we do not sell to Amazon retailers.
Does the initial $500 minimum have to be focused within one brand?
No! The initial order can be spread across all brands (in fact, we encourage it) or you may choose to buy deeper within one or two brands. We do ask that you order in full case pack quantities.
Is there a minimum for reorders?
There is no minimum on reorders. All we ask is for orders to be placed in case pack quantities.

Where do you ship from?
All of our inventory ships from our office and warehouse in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
What are your payment terms?
All products must be paid for, via credit card or check, on the date of shipment. We will gladly accept applications to receive terms of Net 15 or Net 30. Formatical charges 3% fee for all credit card payments for customers on terms. To avoid this fee, you may pay by credit card on the date of shipping or pay via check or ACH. To be clear: the 3% fee only affects customers with Net 15 or Net 30 terms that pay by credit card.
Does Formatical sell to online retailers?
Certainly! Any retailer who would like to sell our products on their website must first sign our agreement to uphold our suggested retail price, and adhere to packaging requirements.
Do you have a policy on retailer restrictions?
Formatical does not allow restrictions per brand within approved locations. Approved locations may carry any assortment of brands and products appropriate for their store.
What is your return policy?
We don't have one. You can return any product, anytime, for any reason.
What happens if I received damaged goods in a Formatical shipment?
Unfortunately, damages do happen. If you receive product from us that is not in sellable condition, contact us and we will reship you a replacement ASAP. That's it.
